Help us understand the issue

• Describe what happened and what you expected.
• Include your app version and iPhone model if relevant.
• Attach a screenshot if it helps, with personal information hidden.

Never send your password, full card details or private body photos unless they are needed and you are comfortable sharing them.

Privacy or account requests

Use the same support address for questions about your information or to request help deleting your account. If available, use the deletion option inside the app.

Apple subscriptions

For subscriptions purchased through Apple, you can manage them in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For an Apple purchase refund request, visit Apple’s purchase support.
